3. BUILDS SELLING PROPOSITION & NEGOTIATE
- Builds Selling story
- Sets negotiation priorities

4. MONITORS SELL IN & SELL OUT EXCELLENCE
- Forecasts business with accuracy
- Drives Point of Sales field execution
- Follows-up & controls
- Masters brand selling scenarios
- Manages BA/DA staffing & relationship
5. MANAGE AND DEVELOP LONG_ TERM ECOMMERCE RELATIONSHIP
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with strategic plan, KPI and Goals
- Achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence.
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current specific sales events
**You have...**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as account manager, preferably for a B2B clients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good ability in managing good relationship with multiple clients
- Able to work with high mobilization
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and retail environment preferred
