Junior Media Planner

Plan OOH media plans and understand OOH media formats in Indonesia

Design a campaign plan that is capable of achieving client campaign objective

Recommend OOH media formats based on client campaign objective

Good understanding of client's business and competitive landscape

Active participant in overall billing process - responsible for collecting and inputting data

Maintain a strong and healthy relationship with OOH site owner

Anticipate the client's needs and set up internal process to meet / exceed them

Perform other duties as determined by the Operations Manager and support department goals and responsibilities
A bachelor degree educated in business degree, analytical degree or relevant working experience

Preferably have at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in an analytical field

Having a firm understanding of marketing objectives and strategies, the consumer - product relationship, creative strategy and consumer - media relationship

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving skills

Detail oriented and KPI-driven

Familiar and understand the culture and style of communication in Indonesia

Have the initiative to be able to design a solution to an existing problem and provide recommendations to the company

Experience in advertising is a plus point
