Key Account Executive (KAE) will be responsible for developing business to business relationships with Elanco direct accounts through implementing various selling processes in order to achieve sales target and be the number 1 value contributor for his/her direct accounts.
**Functions, Duties, Tasks**:
- KAE to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the Key Accounts under his/ her responsibility in order to achieve number 1 value contributor and sale target for these key customers.
- KAE to promote product to end user customers by understanding product, its promotion program, company SOP, territorial knowledge in detailing product and building communicative relationship to veterinarians, distributors, KOL etc
- KAE to understand and implement various selling process including Strategic Account Management, Consultative Selling including Pre-Call Planning, Targeting Effectiveness, etc. to meet or exceed the planned metrics - quantity and quality.
- KAE to participate in sales force training in order to have sufficient animal health, disease and management knowledge and skill in order for them to add value when they engage their customers during the field visit.
- KAE to partner with Technical & Marketing to ensure sales, marketing and technical programs are implemented in a speedy and quality manner for his/her key accounts. These include organize local meeting, seminars, seeding trials etc with direct or indirect customers
- KAE to cultivate and develop close customer relationship and in-depth market knowledge and market dynamics and share them timely with Marketing, Technical and Strategic Account Manager.
- KAE to proactively analyze and identify business opportunities/ threats and seek support from Strategic Account Manager, Technical and Marketing to address them accordingly in a speedy and quality manner.
- KAE, himself or herself to report adverse events and product complaints as per global and local regulatory requirements.
- KAE, himself or herself to adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting and promoting products to customers, to protect the Elanco brand and business.
- Compliance with company rules and regulations including Ethics & Compliance and external laws and regulations.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinarian/Fisheries Science.
- Minimum of **5 years of sales/key account **working experience in the **Aquaculture Shrimp sector.**
- Currently staying in Probolinggo/Banyuwangi or willing to re-locate there.
- ** Knows customers in Probolinggo & Lombok**. Need to travel to Lombok bimonthly or quarterly.
- Willing to learn and adapt to recording your daily customer visit reporting into our CRM system.
- Key Account that has demonstrated good track record in selling, marketing, Aquaculture farm management, or any Aquaculture related industry, who can work independently in planning and execution of his/ her accounts plan and provide mentoring to KAR/KAS, understand the aquaculture market.
