Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Under the supervision of the Key Account Manager, build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspectives, risks, and opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities in the modern trade channel by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
- Manage and build strong business relationships with all the accounts (modern trade) under your portfolio.
- Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensures the transparency of the implementation of trade promotions and programs for events related to the modern trade channel and leads modern trade sales.
- Evaluate and develop the skills level of the team.
- Monitoring daily and weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends on a regular basis.
- Developing in-store visibility plans in coordination with the distributor, and follow-up to achieve timely and effective implementation
- Managing data stock management and PO fulfillment account
**Requirements**:
- Has min. 3 years working as a Key Account Executive, preferably in beauty industry
- Has min. 1 year of experience in leading and managing a team.
- Familiar with the key outlet (**drugstore or department store**)
- Understand end channel
- Have knowledge and interest in skincare or beauty
- Have good analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with target and tight deadline
