**Job Objectives**
To build strategic, long term and trusted relationships with AH Government and Military customer in Indonesia. "Owns the Customer" with regard to "proximity" and focuses on building strategic and long-term relationships with close coordination and coherence with customer area of proximity while also be respecting Internal Team organization. Responsible on supporting initiative from the company sales planning / campaign with his/her account under the lead of Business Development Director.
Regional, Forecast and Internal Scope
- Provide Director of Business Development with accurate sales forecast throughout accounts assigned
- Responsible for the accuracy and currency of data in CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Be the commercial operations correspondent to the SEAP Regional team
- Oversee activities related to commercial policy, network policy, offers and contracts, business performance, demand - planning, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure harmonized commercial practices in the Region while supporting the local sales team.
- Oversee activities related to KYC
Offers & Sales
- Responsible for Sales campaigns for assigned accounts as per her/his mandate, including achievement of financial objectives (Gross margins, Down and final payment collection)
- Support the preparation of winning offers with accurate sales inputs-capture plan, sales strategy, strategic paper, win price, drivers to customer satisfaction based on market knowledge
- Negotiate and conclude contracts within the delegated mandate
- Escalate for approval by the relevant management deviations to the policies beyond the delegated mandate
- Responsible for payment collection on the accounts assigned
Marketing & Communications
- In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials
- Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (across Gov.Mil account)
- Take lead in organizing events across accounts assigned
- Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution
- Analysis of competitors
Customer Relations
- Participate to the Front Office team (Clear & Efficient Front Office) for the assigned accounts
To develop proximity with customer
- As a focal point to accommodate various complaints and customer needs. Its main role is ensuring customer satisfaction for all services provided. Perform customer visits and establish a standard reporting. This reinforces the sharing communication within the team.
- Assist the Organization to understand Customer Expectations (identification of Critical to Satisfaction)
To anticipate customer needs
- Develop customer intimacy on each accounts assigned
- Monitor and ensure agreed services/projects execution, completed.
- Monitor the global performance of our support & services.
**Personal & Interpersonal Skills**
- Bachelor / Master Degree of any major from a reputable university.
- Being problem solving minded, and eagerness to initiate actions to ensure project execution is completed.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, but also consider win-win solutions for customers and company.
- Perform a broad consideration about the consequences of the proposed actions, including financial aspects and risks for customers and company.
- A team player, as s/he should coordinate and collaborate with various related parties, internally and externally.
- Written & oral English fluency.
- Written & oral Bahasa Indonesia fluency
**Professional skills**
- Have min 5 years of experience in customer relation field, preferably experience in aviation industry or maintenance service/support with governmental interactions.
- Have min 5 years of experience in Supply chain or technical field.
- Capability to be recognized as expert and advisor to Indonesia ExCom and Leaders of Indonesia Armed Forces
- Having adequate insight into technical terms, helicopter's main components, understand about related technical issues and its impact to fleet operations (s/he doesn't need to be an expert).
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Perform strong negotiation, diplomatic, convincing, and manage to be calm in responding to unpleasant situations and bureaucratic environments.
