Are you looking for an opportunity in managing Key Account sales team to be the best in class go-to-market organization ? If so, this is the role for you.
As Key Account Manager , you will ensure flawless execution of the strategies in order to achieve goals and objectives in terms of sales achievement, brand distribution and overall effective business management.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Excellent collaboration with Distributor and operational team in area Excellent execution on alignment with Marketing, Trade Marketing Monthly business review in driving the category in the respective accounts and stores Overseeing the execution and also understanding end to end business of Modern Trade Strong collaboration in the respective Account to drive initiatives align with Trade Marketing and well execution with Sales team Working with National Account Manager to plan & execute new launches, consumer promotion, incremental space/volume on regular intervals Drive market share at each respective channel Have the capability to analyze performance and insight internal and external data or finding Have the operational capability to drive operational account or stores Coach and develop sales team to deliver excellent execution Conduct quarterly review with team on the progress and way forward Why you? Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experienced in account management of consumer products Excellent communication and writing skills Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
