Job Summary
The role is Managing strategically important Customers, the Key Account Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing key customer accounts through an effective account management process incorporating the customers' strategic requirements with value propositions from Sandvik. Travel to key customer operations will be necessary, up to two weeks away at a time. The role is equal parts managing our relationship in order to grow our overall market share, increase share of wallet, and drive customer loyalty, and managing information flow to and from our internal stakeholders to align the customer approach and understanding.
Key performance areas

- Create and manage a detailed Account Business Plan for the Indonesia account, which sets out the future business growth of the account by aligning the organisations to co-create long term value within the relationship.
- Develop relationships within both internal and externally to ensure effective engagement across all levels and to ensure that identified value is captured.
- Ensure that the value delivered by all the Sandvik offering is understood by the relevant customer stakeholders at all levels as it applies to them.
- Measure the performance of the customer account against the expectations of the plan and adjust wherever necessary through effective and decisive action.
- Ensure clear communication channels both internally and externally are planned and delivered through an inclusive account management process with all key stakeholders.
**Profile**:
You will be an effective and highly focused business professional, with an ability to identify and deliver value to organisations. You will be outcome driven and have a track record of achieving those great results through teamwork and collaboration.
You will have a tertiary level degree in an Engineering based discipline is advantage. You will also be able to work in Indonesia.
Your customer relations and communication skills will be excellent, and you will have a good ability to understand customer's business and processes, along with business development experience with demonstrated growth results.
A high level of initiative, drive and determination to set targets and achieve goals through exceptional levels of customer satisfaction is a key consideration in the selection for this position.
Exposure to SMR equipment sales and aftermarket processes in Indonesia will be a distinct advantage.
