**Responsibilities**
- Introduce and promote Chint products within the industrial segment
- Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate and establish a strong presence in the targeted industrial sector.
- Collaborate with relevant account teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand Chint's market share within the industrial segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the industrial sector.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly.
- Stay updated on Chint's product offerings and industry trends.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about Chint's electrical solutions.
- Develop and implement sales plans, including forecasting and setting sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with industrial clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with Chint's objectives and policies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Key Account Manager in industry segment.
- Has strong relations with industrial accounts such as: Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, and Pharmacy.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical products, services, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
