**Work #LikeABosch**
- Working closely with the key accounts in Modern Channel
- Develop monthly activities to meet sales, distribution, and merchandising targets (our share to customer's turnover, listings, POS appearance)
- Development of the specific strategy (product range, price positioning, relationship marketing, promotions, in store services & merchandising, training of key account customer's staff) for the supported KA - in strong coordination with Lead-KAM
- Develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the customer (buying, marketing, operations. logistic, etc) to ensure consistent positive relationship
- Responsible for Sales Turnover, Trading Term, and Key Account business growth
- Set up KAM database and update it on regular basis to ensure systematic management of Key Accounts

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field, preferably from Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Key Account/Trade Marketing Executive in building materials industry or retailers
- ** Excellent communication in Bahasa and English**:

- Entrepreneurial mindset for example to offer improvement or solutions for internal and external stakeholder
- Strong analytical thinking and data-based approach
- willing to travel to visit customers & stores
