As a Key Account Manager you will identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Indonesian developers.
**What a day at work for you will look like**:
- You will identify new business opportunities to drive sales generation and profitability through business analysis.
- You will advise accounts on how to optimize their projects with Lamudi's property marketing solution
- You will grow your existing business as the account owner to maximize sales potential.
- You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support strategy for rapid growth
- You will build and maintain positive relationships with staff to senior management
- You will be ensuring client satisfaction by communicating insights and data for accounts to support their marketing objectives
- You will handle monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis, data-driven decisions,s and actions to enhance performance
- You will effectively communicate the value of the company's solutions to potential accounts
- You will have monthly and quarterly targets to achieve the company's objectives

- A bachelor's degree from a reputable Indonesian university or foreign university
- 5-6 years of work experience in business development, account management, consulting, project management, or equivalent role
- Have the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with a target
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-Suit
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needs
- Effective problem-solving and collaborations are crucial for the position
- Ability to travel domestically
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing is a plus
