Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in MT Customers (Minimarket, Supermarket, Hypermarket).
- Researching and analyzing sales options, trends, market activities, and competitors & building long term relationship with the customers.
- Plan and control of budget spending to achieve the target.
- Leading modern trade sales team members to achieve sales targets & reduced and controlled overhead costs.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
- A Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in handled Modern Trade channels
- Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products
- Excellent communication and writing skill both in English & Bahasa
- Excellent interpersonal skill,with ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill
