**What will you do**
Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operational fulfilment, including handling exceptions and special orders.
- Track the Importer of Record (IOR) status for orders, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) in preparing and analyzing merchandising reports.
- Collaborate on action plans to improve merchandising performance.
- Address operational details, fulfilment/SL (Service Level), and identify opportunities for improvement at the Distribution Center (DC) and store levels.
- Conduct business reviews with local buyers to discuss current performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with local buyers to resolve issues on the field, ensuring a positive business relationship.
- Connect with the return processor team and DC personnel to resolve return-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) associated with the return process.
- Gain insight into the barriers and challenges faced by DCs through biweekly calls with Team Leaders (TL) and Market Directors (MD).
- Collaborate with DCs and related teams to develop and deliver action plans to overcome challenges and improve performance.

- Fresh Graduates or less than 1 year of experience in Key Account Management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willing to travel around
