Kitchen Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances, to ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and identify equipment malfunctions, assess the scope of repairs needed, and determine the best course of action.
- **Repairs**: Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or equipment as necessary to restore functionality and prevent further issues.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Create and follow a regular maintenance schedule, conducting inspections and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to urgent equipment breakdowns promptly, troubleshoot the problem, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for quick repairs and replacements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all equipment repairs and maintenance adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to report maintenance needs, equipment status, and potential improvements.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Communicate with equipment suppliers and manufacturers to order parts, seek technical support, and schedule repairs if needed.
- **Training**: Stay updated on new equipment technologies and repair techniques through training and professional development.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 per month
