**Job Description**:
As part of the marketing team, you will be aiding the marketing team in various tasks and campaigns, which include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with KOLs across all genres for timely delivery of materials with specified targets
- Supporting the in-house KOL & Partnership Specialists, Marketing Communication Specialists, and Brand Marketing Specialists for all administrative tasks
- Coordinating with Operations team for all product delivery needs
- Coordinating with Finance team to ensure accurate budget reporting for all initiatives
- Coordinating with the Purchasing and Legal team to manage the administrative process for any requests.
**Qualifications**:
- Have an eye for detail
- Proficient in Google Suite / Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint / Slides, Excel / Sheets, and Word / Docs
- Have excellent multitasking & time management skills
- Excellent communication skill
- A student in the last semester or a fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
