From a small brand that was established on 2021, we are aiming to deliver happiness for all and be the top mind acne brand in Indonesia with our first product, Matcha Glow Sleeping Mask.
And with stable goal in our mind, we have released more products that related to acne fighters in Indonesia and received achievement as #1 Face Mask at Tiktok through our Matcha Glow.

But, we won't feel satisfied only with it.

Developing new solutions for you, acne fighters is our main task from the first till the future.

Research and identify key influencer across multiple digital platform (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)

Help to require KOL and ensure the ongoing KOL campaign run smoothly

Help to manage administrative activities

Manage the working agreement for each KOL

Maintain communication and relationship with each account to execute the campaign.

Improve program quality and ensure KOLs hit their targets in each activity.

Track, care, evaluate, and make reports of the performance of KOLs
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Having previous experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencer/Creators) will be an advantage

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
