Kol Specialist

**About the role**

This role will source for KOL that is relevant to our business needs and ensure deliverables from each KOL

**About the team**

Social media team responsible for creating and communicating with consumers through organic channels. Our team manages to get engagement from users that drive in new leads or new orders for PHS. Daily, we think about what we want to talk to the consumer with the right message, time and platform. We give the team independence to create content, making plans as long as its under company guide with effective cost.

**What You Will Do**
- She/he needs to source and approach KOL/influencer among social media platform that suitable for our business
- Creating Briefs and deliver to selected KOL
- Content Review and Monitoring the delivery in a timely manner
- Create a Report and insight
- Administrative for payment and budget update
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the KOL's request and brief

**What You Will Need**
- 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing, KOL engagement, or related roles
- Ability to identify relevant KOLs based on their impact, reach, and alignment with brand value
- Negotiation skill in partnership and collaboration that benefit both parties
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative strategies to drive brand awareness
- Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of KOL Campaigns
- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation
