As an IoT Service Assurance Specialist, your mission is to address specialized IoT challenges by resolving complex issues and contributing to overall service design. This role involves enabling and optimizing IoT services at various levels, coordinating efficiently with L3 teams, and engaging customers for effective issue resolution. Proactively ensuring performance, leading incident management, and adhering to security best practices and regulatory compliance, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cutting-edge IoT technology. **Responsibilities**:
- Specialized IoT Issue Resolution: Own and resolve complex IoT issues, conducting in-depth analysis for optimal performance.
- Service Design and Enhancement: Contribute to designing and enhancing IoT services for evolving business needs.
- Service Enablement: Facilitate IoT service enablement at L1 support and in the field for seamless integration.
- Coordination with L3 & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with L3 teams and engage customers for efficient issue resolution.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively optimize IoT device, network, and platform performance.
- Incident Management: Lead the resolution of IoT service incidents, ensuring mínimal customer impact.
- Security Compliance and Documentation: Implement security best practices, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
**Job Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Relevant IoT, networking, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IoT service assurance, network operations, or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IoT protocols and standards.
- Experience with IoT platforms and device management.
- Experience with ITIL, ITSM
- Familiarity with ticketing system such as JIRA
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues effectively
- Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and contribute to continuous improvement in IoT service assurance.
