**Job Description** Technical Pre-Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our WC/WI solutions.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
**Solution Design and Implementation**:
- Work with clients to design and implement tailored Well Construction / Well Intervention solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Ensure smooth integration of our products with clients' existing systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their Well Construction / Well Intervention needs.
- Address client inquiries and provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Liaise with product development and PL team to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop technical content for promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to stay updated on Well Construction / Well Intervention trends and developments.
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue goals by providing exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the use of our solutions within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of experience in Well Construction / Well Intervention services sales (operational experience is a plus), in a regional context (APAC).
- Understanding of business cycles in the Indonesian O&G and Geothermal market. Knowledge of other markets in the Asia Pacific region is considered a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
