Make daily and monthly report (attendance, result of training (pretest and post test).
Doing research and creating a module.
A Bachelor's degree in any major.
Understand about Training Need Analysis process.
Have mínimal 1-year experience as Trainer.
Strong communication skills.
Know how to groom.
Content authoring tools.
Can work under pressure.
Team player.
