Job Qualification:- Female/Male Max. 40 years old- At Least Magister Degree from any major (preferred from Management or Business)- Min. 3-4 years experience as Sales and Training Manager- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Placement in Central JakartaJob Description:- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs that are aligned with business objectives- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and development opportunities- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional design methodologies- Develop training materials, including participant guides, leader guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning modules- Manage the budget for sales training initiatives- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners- Monitor and report on metrics related to sales training programs- Manage and develop a team of sales trainers- Handle selling for program trainingJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp18.000.000 - Rp23.000.000 per bulanPengalaman:- Sales and Training Manager: 5 tahun (Diutamakan)Bahasa:- English (Diutamakan)
