People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Support the execution of planned learning strategies and solutions
- Build and customization training topics for SPX Express team
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of Leadership training programs
- Able to develop an e-learning module
- Deliver in-house training programs such as Leadership training, onboarding session, 101 programs, etc
- Keep up with the training trends, developments, and best practices
- Support the training initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders
- Coordinate existing development programs
- Support the development of curriculum and training frameworks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from reputable university
- 3 years of experience in leadership training and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
- Independent, meticulous, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Independent and able to multitask and work within timelines
- Experience guiding and managing a team
- Excellent in English is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Sunter Warehouse, North Jakarta
