Qualification:

- Max. 35 years old
- At Least Bachelor degree for any major
- Min 2-3 years experience as Trainer and Training Specialist
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Placement in Central Jakarta

Job Description:

- Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops
- Identify needs for sales skills improvement
- Organize and monitor every training
- Set objectives and KPIs for every employee
- Monitor employee attendance and progress
- Set up and monitor training budget
- Schedule group and individual meetings
- Try and evaluate various training methods and strategies

Gaji: Rp7.000.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
