Job Responsibility Trainer (Beauty): Job Description: 1. Design, prepare and run an effective training program for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and, improve process execution.
2. Help to increase area sales by providing techniques to deal with area problems and participating in helping oversee sales of Beauty Advisors directly in the field.
3. Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams
