This role is largely focused on leading business development efforts with our clients in Indonesia. That is, identifying new opportunities and supporting in closing deals.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time Sales Business Development role with a hybrid work arrangement. The role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, and there is some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Business Development role will be responsible for promoting Int Labs products and services to potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends and customer needs, and developing sales strategies in order to achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Generating and qualifying new leads for Int Labs
- Developing proposals for new projects in collaboration with Int Labs partners
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and our partners
- Creating relevant client collaterals in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and meet client's needs, providing product or service solutions
- Collaborate with partners to develop marketing and sales strategy that support business growth
**Qualifications**
- At least 8+ years experience facilitating learning and development workshops for corporations
- At least 8+ years experience in B2B consultative sales with a strong track record of successful sales experience.
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
- Practical knowledge of learning and development skills and framework
- Strong Bahasa verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Relevant certifications in learning and development are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month
**Experience**:
- Learning and development: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales or Account Management: 5 years (preferred)
