Learning Operation Internship

We are looking to hire new interns to assist in training needs and willing to work in Head Office (Jakarta). We are looking forward to collaborate with anyone who is fast phases, agile, detail oriented, and ready to learn new things.. You must be ready and willing to commit up to 6 months internship.
- Handling learning administrative (handling & assist request, manage schedules, records, booking room for offline meeting, etc) and logistic needs
- Generating learning reports
- Maintaining learning data and records
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants

**Requirements**:

- Have basic excel/google sheet abilities (calculation, lookup, pivoting)
- Fast phases, agile, details oriented and meticulous
- Able to work with highly clerical tasks
- Persuasive and customer oriented
- Have experiences in training process will be advantage
