**Deskripsi**:
Has more specific business activities at mineral mining product trade (nickel) which derive from several mining business permit area Southeast Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, East Halmahera.
- Requirements
- Drafting and reviewing agreements related to business activities and Stakeholder needs
- Coordinate with inter-department regarding the agreement scheme
- Drafting of power of attorney, letter of subpoena/warning, notification letter, statement letter, LOI
- Take care of company licensing through the relevant ministries
- Prepare and report company - wide LKPM every quarter
- Coordinate with the police regarding ongoing criminal cases
- Coordinate with legal consultant offices related to ongoing civil law cases
- Have experience in preparing for mergers and acquisitions as well as managing the renewal of corporate licenses required by the company
- Have experience related to K3
