Advise business on applicable with Indonesia law and regulation2. Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance3. Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users, such as Strategic Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations4. Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners5. Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision maker6. Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties7. Representing the company in handling legal activities8. Register a copyright of productsJob Requirements:1. Bachelor Degree in Law2. Having knowledge with legal system in payment getaway or insurance broker company3. Min 5 years of experience, preferably in payment getaway, P2P or insurance broker company4. Preferably in house experience5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills6. Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills7. Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually710
