Legal Officer

**Job description**:

- Responsible for any agreement or contract with third parties.
- Creating a legal drafting (deed agreement), legal opinions (make legal opinion) and legal review.
- Management and extension of all aspects of company legality.
- Registration of patents and trademarks.
- Evaluate the proposed creation / changes in work procedures.
- Ensuring the company has been run in accordance with the provisions or applicable laws and regulation.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's in law.
- Having exposure and/or practical experience in the field of e-commerce, fin-tech, privacy law, finance, business transaction, and/or intellectual property rights is an advantage.
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in Bahasa Indonesian and English language).
- Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal oriented independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- CV must written In English.
