Legal Officer

Provide legal advice regarding legal issues, potential liabilities, legal actions, company initiatives and so on.

Responsible for documenting all documents, from writing, reviewing settlement documents, contracts, letters of agreement, certificates, important documents, correspond with third parties and etc.

Conduct research on legal resources through articles, laws, court decisions, and other sources.

Identify problems that will arise in order to determine appropriate actions and decisions.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in law

Have experience and knowledge in fulfilling the requirements for regulations of the related crypto asset industry, reporting to the regulators, and understand the stipulations regarding APU-PPT, KYC, finance and technology-based business

Have strong understanding of regulations and business processes in a crypto asset and fintech industry.

Have a minimum 2 years of experience working in a crypto, fintech, law firm, or technology company.

Good attention detail and strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually and as part of a team.
