**Job Requirements**:

- Education at least at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law
- At least 2 year of working experience in similar position and related field.
- Must familiar with psychological test tools
- Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
- Have good knowledge in business law, contract drafting, and legal review, and corporate licensing
- Good in administration and filling system, detail oriented and well organize.
- Good communication, multitasking and active
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Recruitment process (Making flyer vacancy, posting, sourcing, selecting and interview).
- Employment agreement, monitoring probation or contract status, conducting probation or contract evaluation.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal parties (business divisions/related divisions), external parties, including notary, legal consultants, government agencies and other parties.
- Register trademark rights, copyright, industrial designs with relevant government agencies and institutions.
- Report of recruitment and others related to HR department (monthly and annual)
- Update job description and job analysis of all departments as needed.
- Administration and maintain all document related to database of : employee, recruitment, promotion/mutation/rotation/demotion and training (valid and up to date)
- Socialize Company policies to all employees and Company induction for new Staff.
