Job Description Summary:
Responsible for administrative work and coordination of the mobilization Legal Resolution team members

**Job Description**:
- Create internal letters/memos, data nput, take minutes of meeting, create and edit documents, prepare presentations, update progress reports on outstanding cases- Process the signing of documents or letters to the company directors- Organizing case files, including softcopy and hardcopy of company documents- Prepare to borrow company documents from several divisions for trial purposes- Manage the team's daily schedule, such as arranging meeting schedules, reserving meeting rooms/locations.- Help the Legal Resolution team prepare official travel needs (example: requests for plane tickets, official vehicles, and accommodation needs)- Assist the Legal Resolution team in booking transportation within the city (office car or request for taxi vouchers)- Process and follow up invoice and/or reimbursement claims from external lawyers, notaries, or other vendors to the Company- Submit an employee reimbursement claim- Procurement and maintenance of office supplies such as stamps, stationery, paper and printer ink.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum education Diploma, Office Administration or equivalent-
- Have good communication and teamwork skills- Likes secretarial work
