Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and legal standards.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the automotive manufacturing sector.
Provide guidance to the company on compliance matters related to product safety, emissions, environmental regulations, and other applicable laws.
Assist in managing intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Collaborate with the intellectual property team to protect the company's innovations and technologies.
Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive advice to mitigate these risks.
Assist in managing data privacy and security compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable data protection laws.
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement internal policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry standards.
Conduct legal research on various issues affecting the automotive industry and provide concise and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Assist in ensuring the company's corporate governance practices comply with legal requirements and best practices.
Prepare documentation for board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate activities.
Assist in managing legal disputes, including claims from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with external counsel, if necessary, and work to resolve disputes efficiently.
