We are now looking for a position as an Legal Staff areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above (requirements are waived for those with excellent qualifications);
- At least 3 years of legal management-related experience;
- Have strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, communication ability, initiative and execution ability;
- Excellent cross-department collaboration capabilities;
- Be able to use English as a working language and be proficient in Chinese.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling daily legal affairs, participating in the formulation, review, and revision of contract texts, participating in the negotiation and signing of major company contracts, supervising the performance of various contracts, and being able to lead or participate in litigation or abnormal handling independently;
- Provide professional legal support for the company's various businesses, participate in the compliance review of the company's new products and new businesses, and identify, evaluate, and control legal and compliance risks;
- Responsible for the drafting and review of business contracts (English version & Indonesian version);
- Responsible for the selection and docking of external law firms for the company.
