We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as a Listing System Management Officer. The role entails a comprehensive understanding of Exchange Regulations, focusing on Listing and Sanctions Regulations for Listed Companies. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing Listed Companies' compliance, proposing sanctions, and developing guidelines for Listed Companies' disciplinary enforcement. Additionally, the role involves processing reporting databases, conducting socialization for Listed Companies' awareness, and analyzing compliance levels to suggest improvements. Coordination with relevant divisions is also crucial aspects. Development of effective reporting systems, routine manages and updates of sanctions databases and financial obligations of Listed Companies are integral to the role.
**Specific Criteria**:
Bachelor's degree in management/ accounting/ business
Having min. 1 year of experience in related field
Having strong analytical & design thinking, writing & reporting, and public speaking
Familiar with data processing, analysis, and visualization
Work Location in Head Office, Jakarta
**General Requirements**:
Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and writing
Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
