**About us**

We are looking for an experienced **Listing Uploader** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
**Responsibilities**:

- Record every sale that happened either from an agent or direct sales.
- Coordinate with agents, sales, and property owner on the completeness of documents required for sales.
- Input all sales data into a file and perform soft file archives.
- Update daily property stock and perform periodic updates for property promotion.
- Provide information such as stock, pricelist, e-brochure for sales needs to agent/sales for each project being marketed.
- Manage potential leads to become a potential buyer
- Coordinate with Telesales Listing team to search property that meets buyer request
- Contact potential buyers until viewing
- Ensure potential buyers come to see according to the appointment
- Coordination with agents to adjusts the viewing schedule

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in property admin field, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Required Skill's: Property admin, Microsoft Office, Google Apps.
- Good communication skill, persuasive, team player and attention to details.
- Willing to work on the weekend.
- Able to communicate in English.
