Logistic Manager

Managing the full spectrum Customer Service and Logistics for Finished Goods and imported packaging and raw materials and ensuring that the logistics operations support and enhance the overall value chain by providing the necessary resources, aligning with demand forecasts, and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sciences, Business Mangement or equivalent. At least 5 - 7 years experience in logistic and customer service management. Experiences in the FMCG of Food Industry or relevant industry from MNCs is preferred Proficiency in ERP System such as SAP & IBP Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required Proactive, independent, and agile Responsibilities Manage the OTC process incl. customer services and logistics operations for both domestic and export shipments for materials and finished-goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Evaluate and plan logistics capacity (warehousing, operations, transportation, etc.) to meet the anticipated demand. Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand without overstocking or stockouts. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, such as delivery times, OTIF or On-Time and In-Full, OFR or Order Fulfilment Rate, transportation costs, inventory aging and inventory turnover. Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality. This involves negotiating with LSP or Logisitcs Service Providers, carriers, selecting cost-effective transportation modes, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising delivery performance Identify and mitigate risks in the logistics operations that could impact the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
