Logistic Operations Supervisor

Oversee and monitor the end to end shipping process: pickup, delivery, undelivery, and return.-
- Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.-
- Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure timely delivery of goods.-
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders such as Business, Partnership, Sales, Tech, Data, and Customer Service team to to solve the User issues.-
- Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads.-
- Maintain User-related reports to ensure it is up to date and accurate.-
- Ensure the 3PL ontime pickup and delivery.-
- Maintain the claim submissions to 3PL and disbursement to Users.-
- Develop the weekly/monthly report for Manager.**Job Requirements**Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.-
- At least 2 years of working experience.-
- Experience in logistics is a plus.-
- Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.-
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.-
- Well-organized and efficient while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.-
- Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
