Details of the offer

Manage / monitor the activities associated with maintenance, repair and vehicle documents (trucking units) order to maintain the availability of the unit and provide services according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) that has been agreed

**Job Qualifications**:

- Diploma degree from Automotive Engineering
- At least 1 year experience as Service Advisor or 3 years as Technical Support / Pre-Delivery Inspector in Automotive Industry (Dealer or Showroom)
- Good Communication Skill
- Customer Service Oriented
- Energetic and highly initiatives
- Placement in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta
