Luxury Sales Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service. Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity
- Remain current on industry news and competitor. Bring ideas and suggestions to the team to improve all possible performance of the different aspects in the store

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment, Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends), overnight travel for client events, etc as needed
- Additional language skills are a plus

Gaji: Rp4.500.000 - Rp5.000.000 per bulan
