M - Production Support Lead

We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.Responsibility: Ensure production system stability and performance in good shape**Job Description**:- Manage response team to standby 24/7.- Establish monitoring of production system.- Solve incident and maintain problem ticket.- Work with Tech Lead on long term or permanent solution to all production issues.- Maintain documentation for troubleshooting.- Technical verification test on every server patch or restart.- Work with related tribes when needed to solve issues.- Work with 3rd party such as banks, software vendor, etc when needed to solve issues.- Find possibilities to improve system performance and efficiency.- Contribute in development when needed.Skill & Knowledge- Good understanding about Java programming.- Good understanding about database indexing and performance.- Good understanding about multi-threading, asynchronous, and non-blocking process.- Familiar with debugging process.- General knowledge on networking, Linux, security, SFTP, Docker.
