Maintenance Engineer, Spx Express (Jakarta)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Maintaining an automatic sorting machine and conveyor.
- Preparing SOP and standard for preventive maintenance.
- Preparing preventive maintenance schedule.
- Preparing SOP for troubleshooting activities.
- Making improvements in order to reduce breakdown.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum D3 Electrical/Mechatronics
- Minimum 3 years experience as maintenance staff in manufacturing
- Have knowledge, skills and experience in production machine maintenance management (PLC, low current electrical circuits)
- Experienced to handle troubleshooting
- Have experience leading a team on a project
