Job Description Develop And Implement Maintenance Strategies That Optimize Equipment And Infrastructure Performance, Minimize Downtime, And Reduce CostsMonitor And Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Maintenance Programs, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Make Recommendations For ChangesPlan And Coordinate Maintenance Activities, Including Scheduling Of Maintenance Work, Procurement Of Spare Parts, And Management Of Contractors And VendorsDevelop And Maintain A System For Tracking Maintenance Performance Metrics, Analyzing Data, And Reporting On Trends And Issues To Senior ManagementProvide Leadership And Direction To Maintenance Staff, Including Training, Mentoring, And Performance ManagementRequirement Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the mining sectorStrong understanding of maintenance best practices and techniquesDemonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and programsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
