Today, ALTO aims to be the national leader in payment solutions using the most innovative technology to give impact on connecting merchants and financial institutions to their customers.This role will be reporting to the **IT Managed Service Product Lead**.**Main Function**Become a strategic problem solver essential to an ALTO Managed Service's business (Card Management Systems, Payment Switching Systems, Payment Hub Systems, BI-FAST Connector Systems and Core Banking Systems) success. You will work closely with your business counterparts to identify IT solutions in business functional areas, you will also need to work internally with IT Engineering team to map requirements into solutions that is going to be develop or implemented by IT team. You will help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. You will also work closely with the Partnership team in providing solutions to clients.**Main Responsibility**- Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution- Gather data and analyze business and user needs- Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of the system- Define the objectives and scope of the business system- Work closely with managers and end users to determine the best IT solution- Identify and resolve project issues- Conduct post-project evaluation- Support Partnership in preparing solution proposals for clients- Support Partnership team in client meetings from the perspective of solution**Job Requirement**- 2-5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech- Previous experience in handling for **BI-Fast/ Core Banking System/ Card Management System/ Payment **product- Experienced in end-to-end product managementLfbEowopzN
