JOB DESCRIPTION

- Menyusun rencana kerja yang komprehensif dan tepat
- Melakukan report kepada Direktur/Management terkait progress pekerjaan
- Monitoring waktu dan kualitas pengadaan material, kontraktor, dan konsultan
- Melakukan pembagian kerja yang efektif
- Cost control dalam laporan pengeluaran biaya
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian internal tim dan bagian external
- Monitoring & Controlling seluruh proyek sipil secara nasional


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitek
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 10 tahun dibidang kontraktor sipil
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negoisasi, dan hubungan interpersonal yang baik
- Mampu manajemen tim dengan baik
- Memahami dengan baik material dan alat Sipil maupun Arsitek
- Berbahasa inggris dengan baik lisan maupun tulisan
