Job Title: Legal Manager**Job Description**:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to oversee our legal affairs and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents, reviewing contract terms and conditions, and managing contract amendments and modifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to address contract-related issues, monitor contract performance, and resolve disputes. Developing and maintaining relationships with business units and vendors will also be a key aspect of this role. Moreover, you will be responsible for giving final approval to translated documents through proofreading.**Responsibilities**:- Negotiate and draft contracts and other legal documents.- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions.- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.- Manage contract amendments and modifications.- Collaborate with stakeholders to address contract-related issues.- Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes.- Develop and maintain relationships with business units and vendors.- Give final approval to translated documents (proofreading).Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in law; an advanced degree may be preferred.- Experience: 5-10 years of legal experience as Legal Manager.- Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong understanding of legal and contractual principles, attention to detail.- Language: Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
