Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Tangerang. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating and managing partnerships, managing social media and digital marketing, conducting market research, organizing events and promotions, and collaborating with sales teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of cosmetics industry trends and dynamics.
- Experience in managing partnership or membership programs will be a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to direct the executive team and employees in achieving company goals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and use of social media to increase membership or partnerships.
- Experience in data analysis, market research, and marketing strategy development
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
