**Job Description**:

- Monitoring Operation Division (transportation (car, motorcycle, or truck) maintenance, legal document (STNK, KIR, IBM/SIPA), insurance, workshop, and handle accident/or any traffic violation)
- Business development function
- Managing team and their key performance; ensure they worked based on SOP
- Identifying skill gap, training need analysis, preparing training to enhace their performance
- Ensuring team could effectively communicate with other division or third parties to maintain good relationship
- Creating budget and cost analysis for Operational & GA matter

Job Requirement:

- Has experience working in Rent Car/ Land Transportation company
- Good communication in English, Mandarin speaker will be valuable
- Has good relation with third parties, such as ATPM, Insurance Company, Workshop, etc Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) & Project Management (Ms. Project, etc)
