At AirAsia, we're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to take the reins as our Employee Rewards and Payroll Operations Manager in vibrant Tangerang, Indonesia!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Manage payroll operations with precision, ensuring every calculation and document aligns seamlessly with our policies and SOP.
Lead the charge in evaluating and enhancing our compensation and benefits system, leveraging salary market surveys and benchmarking.
Craft captivating compensation packages that magnetize talent and drive performance in line with our company objectives and regulatory compliance.
Oversee social security and statutory requirements, expertly handling registrations, payments, and reporting.
Become the guardian of our employees' well-being, managing vital aspects like Medical and Life Insurance.
Lead all people operations processes, from crafting employment contracts to correspondence management.
Master the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to keep our operations running smoothly.
Ensure our Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, and HR policies are always at the forefront of best practices.
Handle employee income taxes like a pro, especially PPH Ps. 21, and be our annual SPT reporting champion.
Play a key role in our annual manpower budgeting exercise, helping shape our financial future.

Qualifications to soar with us:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resource Management.
In-depth knowledge of employee income tax (Pph 21) and a profound understanding of Employee Compensation and Benefits.
