**On The Job You Will**
- Maintain good relationship from existing Manulife Pro's Agent
- Provide Consultation on Manulife Pro's Performance, addressing their needs & provide necessary advice to maintain & exceeding their current performance.
- Provide Consultation on Manulife Pro's Customer Portfolio, provide the necessary advice.
- Create Materials (writing, speaking, or presentation deck) in every touch point with Manulife Pro's Agent & Key Stakeholder, i.e.: What's in it for Agent, Benefit, Contest/Other Information. What's current situation : recent performance, recent customer portfolio's. What needs to be done. How to achieve it : Sales Idea/Sales Pitch/Sales Proposition/FGD Activities/Development Activities/Leads Generation
- Maintain relationship with key stakeholder (BDM, Territory Head, CAO, Agency Leader)
- Identify, nurture, acquire and implement Business Opportunity to drive growth on number of Manulife Pro.
- First point of contact of Manulife Pro's Agent, potential Top Tier agent & Key Stakeholder, when they are seeking information about Manulife Pro.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide complete services. Promoting & Campaigning Manulife Pro.
