The Indonesia campus will be located in Bandung, West Java, which is recognised as an important and vibrant location for higher education in Indonesia. Students and teachers will be part of a thriving education community attracting diverse student cohorts from across Indonesia and globally.
Navitas as a Global Education provider will lead the operational delivery of the campus, building on its existing partnerships with both universities.
**About the role**:
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for the management, coordination and implementation of highly targeted and sophisticated communication and media campaigns for the College.
This work will include ongoing review of market trends; development of all marketing materials; management of the campus Digital-Marketing strategy; development and management of the campus content marketing strategy.
**The person we seek must have the following**:
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Highly developed skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Marketo; Salesforce.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively utilise various promotional media including print, audio-visual and web technologies to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong copy writing and editing skills, including strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail, and an understanding of design and publishing processes.
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Experience and proven performance across various digital marketing channels, including lead automation.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, strategic thinking, innovation, and problem-solving abilities necessary for success in a creative role.
- Ability to effectively lead a team, prioritise deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong conceptualisation abilities and an ability to translate ideas into practice.
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting client needs and the provision of a high-quality client-focused service.
